Mary McBride, who has been with Atlantic Center for the Arts for more than seven years, has bid a fond farewell to Harris House League volunteers she worked so closely with. The league held a send off for her at Harris House June 30.
“I’m getting to the point that if I don’t do those things I’ve wanted to do,” Mary said, “I’ll never do them. I guess you could call it my ‘bucket list’, but I don’t intend to jump from planes. I want to do my art, teach, run fiber retreats and create art exhibitions.”
